Jabra evolve 65 microphone not working bluetooth

Latest review: Using this products over 6 months. I found it the bluetooth connection is not working well if you have more than one device. I have to disconnect and re-pair again so a bit waist my time.

In reading other threads on the forum, there are many others who have the same problem. Yet, if we use an external (USB plug-in) Bluetooth adapter, the headset will work fine.

When you reset your Jabra Evolve 65, previously paired devices and settings will be cleared. To reset, simultaneously press and hold (5 seconds) the Answer/end button and the Volume up button until the LED blinks green 5 times indicating the reset is complete. Note: After resetting you must re-pair your Jabra Evolve 65 with your Bluetooth devices, including the Jabra Link 360/370.
